LOGICOOK TERMS OF SERVICE (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Logicook mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must strictly not use the App.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Internal Communications
Logicook allows users to post recipes, photos, collections, and comments, as well as share text, posts, and media through our internal chat feature ("User Content").
Ownership: You retain all rights to the User Content you post or transmit.
License: By posting or sharing content within the App, you grant Logicook a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely within the App to fulfill functionality (such as delivering your messages) and for marketing purposes.
The Mutual-Follower Constraint: The App’s chat features are technically restricted to mutual connections. You may only initiate chat threads and share posts or collections with users whom you follow and who follow you back.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post or send privately. Logicook does not endorse any user-submitted opinions, chat messages, or recipes.
4. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance Policy)
We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable, toxic, or abusive content. This policy applies strictly to public posts, comments, recipes, and all direct messages or items sent via the internal chat system. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
Contains hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Depicts nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Promotes violence, physical harm, or illegal acts.
Is spam, unsolicited advertising, misleading, or fraudulent.
Any user found violating this policy inside public spaces or within private chats will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently banned without warning.
5. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To maintain a safe community, Logicook employs the following moderation mechanisms:
Reporting: Users can report any objectionable content, abusive chat messages, or toxic profiles directly within the App by tapping the "Report" button found on every post, recipe, chat message, and user profile.
Blocking: Users can block any other user at any time to instantly cut off communication, prevent them from appearing in their follower list, and disable chat capability.
Review Process: Our moderation team reviews all flagged reports within 24 hours. We reserve the absolute right to remove content and eject/ban users who violate these Terms without prior notice or right of appeal.
6. AI & Third-Party Data Disclaimers
AI Assistant: The App includes an AI-powered assistant ("Chef Bot"). Responses generated by the AI are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You should use your own judgment and safety precautions when following AI-generated cooking instructions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on the AI.
Third-Party Recipes: Some recipe data is provided by the Spoonacular API. Logicook does not verify the accuracy or safety of third-party recipes.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, violates our chat safety thresholds, or is detrimental to us or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Logicook makes no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logicook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any interactions or disputes arising via the internal chat system.
