# Privacy Policy — LogiBot
**Effective date: 25.09.2026**
This policy covers the mobile game **LogiBot: Coding Robot Puzzles** ("the game", "we") for
Android, published by **kaal** ("the developer").
## The short version
LogiBot is an offline game for players aged **13 and over**. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no
chat, and no servers of ours. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. The
only third party in the app is Google (Google AdMob, and Google's consent tool for users in
regions that require consent), which shows the ads that keep the game free and collects some
device data to do so, as described below.
## Who the game is for
LogiBot is made for a general audience **aged 13 and over**. When the game is first opened it asks
one neutral question: **the year you were born**. The game uses the answer only on your device to
decide how ads may be requested, and it stores only the result ("13 or over" or "under 13"), never
the year itself. The answer is not sent to us or to anyone else.
## Information we collect
**None directly.** The game does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise
location, photos, microphone, camera, or any other personal information, and it has no way to
send us any. There is no login and no account. The Google software that shows ads does collect
some device data; see "Advertising" below.
## Information stored on your device
Your game progress — completed levels, stars, settings, unlocked cosmetics, memory-game
scores, daily-challenge streak, and the age answer ("13 or over" or "under 13") — is saved in a
file **on your device**. We cannot see it, and uninstalling the game deletes it. If you use
Android's own backup, Android may include this save file (and nothing else from the game) in your
Google backup, so your progress can be restored on a new device; that backup is managed by Google
under your Google account settings.
## Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through **Google AdMob**, a service of Google LLC. Ads are:
- an occasional full-screen ad between levels, and
- optional "watch a video to get something" ads that only play if you choose to watch them:
unlocking the hints for a level, unlocking "See the Code" for the rest of a session, or skipping a
level you are stuck on. If no video is available (for example, when you are offline) these
features open for free.
All ads are limited to content rated for general audiences (rating G).
To show, measure and prevent fraud in these ads, the **Google Mobile Ads SDK** included in the game
automatically collects the following data and sends it to Google. This collection is done by
Google under Google's own policies, not by us; we never receive this data.
- **Approximate location:** your IP address, which Google may use to estimate your general
location (for example, your country or city). Not your precise GPS location.
- **Device or other IDs:** the device's **advertising ID** and app set ID, and other identifiers
Google's SDK uses.
- **App interactions:** information such as app launches, taps and ad views, used for ads,
measurement and fraud prevention.
- **Diagnostics:** technical information about how the app and the ad SDK perform (for example,
load times and errors).
This data is encrypted in transit. You can read more here:

### Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (or another region
where the law requires it), the game shows **Google's consent message** before any ad is requested,
using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can choose whether Google may use your data for
personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game under **Settings → PRIVACY
OPTIONS** (this button appears only where the consent message applies). If the consent message
cannot be loaded (for example, you are offline) and you have not answered it before, the game runs
without ads.
### United States (state privacy laws)
If you are in a US state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Virginia, Colorado,
Connecticut or Utah), Google's message lets you **opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your
personal information for targeted advertising**. Once you opt out, ads are shown without using your
data for targeting (restricted data processing). You can change your choice at any time under
**Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS**. We do not sell or share personal information ourselves; this
opt-out covers the data Google's advertising software handles, as described above.
### Players under 13
The game is not directed at children under 13. If the age question shows that a player is under
13, the game does not show the consent message and instead asks Google to treat every ad request
as **child-directed** and from a user **under the age of consent**, with ads limited to rating G.
Under these settings Google turns off personalised advertising (ads are not based on the player's
interests or past behaviour). Google's software may still process technical data such as the IP
address and device identifiers to deliver the ad and prevent fraud, as described in Google's
policies for child-directed requests.
### Your controls
On Android you can delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, under
**Settings → Google → Ads** or **Settings → Privacy → Ads** (wording varies by Android version).
Players in regions with a consent message can also use **Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS** in the game.
The game works the same either way.
## Analytics
The game contains **no analytics or tracking SDKs of our own**. We do not track how you play. (The
Google Mobile Ads SDK's own data collection is described above.)
## Internet access
The game is fully playable offline. Its network access is used **only** by Google's software: to
check whether a consent message is needed and to load ads. No gameplay data is transmitted by us.
## Children's privacy
LogiBot's audience is 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone,
including children — the game has no mechanism to send any to us. Players who indicate they are
under 13 are handled as described in "Players under 13" above. If you believe a child has
provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.
## Data sharing and selling
We do not sell, trade, or share any personal data — we do not receive any. The only data flow in
the app is the one described under "Advertising" above, between your device and Google.
## Security
Your game data stays on your device (and in your Android backup, if you use it). The save file is
checksummed so the game can detect corruption, and it contains only game progress and the age
answer — never personal information such as your name or contact details.
## Changes to this policy
If a future update changes what the game does with data (for example, adding analytics or
purchases), we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top before that
update ships.
