On October 22nd, I arranged a piece from Luiz Bonfa of the Standard "Black Orpheus", or in its traditional name, Manhã de Carnaval. I drew inspiration from the origins of Samba, the Styles of Choro, and some big band tricks towards the end to bring it all together in this piece.
