Loganville officially the Transcontinental Republic of Loganville, is a unitary presidental republic. The executive branch of the government is lead by the founder and current President Logan Stewart I.

Loganville's legislative body is the national assembly which is unicameral and takes care of passing acts and bills through democratic votes.

Loganville's judicial branch is the Supreme Court of Loganville.

In Loganville there are no set ministers for different things such as education, transport etc rather there is a Supreme Minister.

There is no written constitution.
