Accommodation options:
There are limited accommodation options in Ra'anana. If you want to stay near the Open University, please book your accommodation in advance.
There are many accommodation options in Herzliya and Tel- Aviv. Reaching the meeting venue from these cities takes roughly 30 min to 1 hour by bus.
Public Transportation:
If you plan to reach the Open University from Tel-Aviv or Herzliya, you can take bus 347. No cash is accepted on buses. The most convenient way to pay for a bus ticket is through Moovit App or through a Rav-Kav card.
Note:
No public transportation during Shabbat (from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening). Some free buses run in Tel-Aviv during Shabbat. You can use Moovit app to find the details.
Car Parking inside the Open University:
No parking ticket will be required for your car at the OUI. If needed, you have to just mention at the entrance that you are a guest and you will attend LOFAR meeting at Open University.

Lunch:
Lunch will be provided at the Open University Canteen. The OU Canteen is on -1 floor of the Square building-Kikar building.
Conference Dinner:
On Wednesday 10th May 2023. One option might be Saint George Restaurant, Old Jaffa.
