Local League (4K-2* Grade)
MAYSA Registration (2*-12 Grade)
*Please note that 2nd grade players may choose to register with the Local League Program (Similar to the 4K-2 current program) or register for a U09 MAYSA Team. How are these different? The Local League Program will continue to run 6 weeks with one practice and one game a week. The MAYSA Team will have two practices a week along with 8 weekend games.

*Late players will be a case by case basis and only be accepted if there is room on the MAYSA roster. Late Fee of $40 will be assessed after regular registration ends.
2nd Grade - High School
Scholarships are available to those who would not otherwise be able to participate. In consideration for scholarship assistance, it is our hope that awardees will volunteer when LSC puts out a call for help.
Uniforms:
The Local League Registration Fee will continue to include a team T-shirt. We work with Stefan’s Soccer in Madison in ordering team uniforms for all MAYSA players. All MAYSA players will now receive a uniform kit to keep. The kit charge is $90 and includes an official blue jersey, 2nd grey jersey, shorts, socks. The uniforms will have players last name on back. The uniforms have a 2-year life cycle for ordering and so we will start to alternate uniform kits. The 2025-2026 season will be a new uniform design for all players. The 2026-2027 season will be a fill-in year and only players new to soccer or needing new sizes will order the kit during the fill-in year. The uniform order for all players will take place every other year. Players will keep their uniforms. Please keep in mind the two-year order cycle when selecting your player’s size.

Full refund minus $20 on or before July 15th
Full refund minus $60 and kit, if applicable, between July 16th to August 15th
No refund - August 16th and after
Spring only Season
Full refund minus $20 on or before December 31st
Full refund minus $60, if applicable, between January 1st to March 1st
