Dinner reservations are required in winter for the Old Faithful Snow Lodge and Mammoth Hot Springs and summer for the Old Faithful Inn, Lake Yellowstone Hotel and Grant Village. Priority for dinner reservations is given to hotel guests. Dinner reservations can be made online or by calling 307-344-7311. Dinner reservations are not accepted at our other dining facilities. Breakfast and lunch are on a first-come, first-seated basis throughout the park. Attire is casual in all park facilities.
We accept travel agent reservations for individual travel parties. However, please be advised that we do not pay commissions or offer net rates to travel professionals. Group reservations should be made through our Group Reservations Sales Office.
Park Fees
Park entrance fees are not included in your reservation and payable upon arrival at the park entrance. Please call the National Park Service at 307-344-7381 for more information or visit online.
Confirmed reservations will be held for late arrival on the first night of your stay. If you fail to arrive or contact us at 307-344-7901 by 10:00 am of the next day, your entire park reservation will be canceled and applicable cancellation fees applied.
Refunds for reservations will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, we will credit the same account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the cancelled date.
We also manage and maintain the in-park facilities for which we take reservations. We are committed to helping you find your ultimate Zion experience, while working to protect and preserve the park for the future.

On the first of each month, we will begin accepting online reservations for the entire month of the following year at midnight (12:00 am) Mountain time (Denver, CO time). For example, on September 1, we will accept reservations through September 30 of the following year. Advance reservations are strongly recommended for all properties.
In order to reserve a room, a deposit equal to the first night of your stay (plus tax) is required on each room within seven days of making the reservation. If arriving within 14 days, a credit card deposit is required to make a reservation. You may use a Discover, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard or Visa and we will charge your credit card upon completion of the reservation.
If your plans change, you may receive a full refund of the deposit provided you cancel the reservation and obtain a cancellation number at least two days prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date. If making a reservation within two days of arrival, the deposit is immediately non-refundable.
Our rates are quoted in U.S. funds and approved by the National Park Service, so you can always be assured of an excellent value. Rates listed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. Our rates are subject to approval by the National Park Service and the new rates are not always established at the time of booking, however your deposit will guarantee your reservation at the rate reserved. Any modifications to your reservation(s) will result in the room(s), tour(s) or shuttle(s) being subject to the current applicable rate.

These deposits are required within 7 days of making the reservation, or if arriving within 14 days, the deposit/payment is required to make the reservation. The room deposit will guarantee your room reservation for an arrival beyond the applicable check-in time. The deposits will guarantee the reservation and the rate, however any modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire reservation being subject to the new applicable rate.
Reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival or tour date; after that date, the deposit is non-refundable. Room or tour reservations made within 3 days of arrival are immediately non-refundable regardless of weather or any other circumstance. Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
If your plans change for any reservation, you may receive a full refund of the deposit provided you cancel the reservation and obtain a cancellation number at least 3 days in advance. For room reservations, the cancellation number must be obtained at least 3 days prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date. For Red Bus Tours and Shuttles, the cancellation number must be obtained by 6:00pm Mountain time at least 3 days prior to the designated check-in date and time of the reserved tour.
Eleven state parks accept lodging reservation through their concessionaires, while the other five offer reservations through the Centralized Reservation System. Refer to the information below to make a reservation at the park of your choice.

*Phantom Ranch individual reservations may be made for up to 9 hikers. Parties of 10 or more hikers are considered a Group and must be submitted to Phantom Ranch Group Sales.
Animals or pets are not allowed, with the exception of qualified Service Dogs for guests with disabilities. Please advise your reservations agent if you are traveling with a Service Dog.

For stays at Phantom Ranch cancellations must occur at least 45-days prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date for all reservations. If making a reservation within the cancellation period, the deposit is immediately non-refundable.
Please note that only reservations made online can be modified online. If you wish to modify a reservation that was not made online, please contact our central reservation office directly. We also recommend that you call our central reservations office directly to modify or cancel a reservation within 5 days of arrival.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason less than two days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that if you wish to cancel your Phantom Ranch reservation you must do so more than 45 days prior to your reservation.
National Park Reservations is a reservation service providing lodging and activity reservations. National Park Reservations is not an authorized concessionaire of any National Park nor are we in any way affiliated with the National Park Service of the Federal Government. For this service, National Park Reservations charges a ten percent non-refundable reservation fee based on the total dollar amount of reservations made.
