CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO SHOW

FREE CANCELLATION and full refund up to 30 days before arrival

NO REFUND IF:

• Full or partial cancellation is done in less than 30 days

• You don't show up for your stay without notification

• Breaking the hostel rules

• If we receive complains from other guests we reserve the right to cancel booking. Decision about refund may vary depending of the situation.

LINEN AND TOWELS

PLEASE NOTE that

• Bed linens and towel fee is an additional cost, not included in the price: SEK 60 per person, per stay.

• sleeping bags or own linen are not allowed

LOCKERS AND LUGGAGE ROOM

• FREE PERSONAL SECURITY LOCKERS for each bed in every room. You can bring your own padlock or buy one from us for 60 SEK.

• FREE LUGGAGE ROOM WITH LOCKERS available for keeping luggage only before check in on arrival date and after check out on departure date.

PLEASE NOTE that we don't bear responsibility for your personal belongings, so don't leave your valuables unattended.

PAYMENT

• 100% of full payment is charged while booking

• We accept cards only from Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or virtual ones

• If you wish to pay cash you will have to arrive during reception open hours. Online rates differ from actual rates at reception.

PLEASE NOTE that other booking sources have various payment and cancellation policies.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Kindly note that we are not suitable for

• children below 12 years old

• guests above 40 years old

You are below 18 years old and travel without your parents or legal guardians ? Kindly note, you need a written permit to stay in our hostel with signature and ID copy of your parents/ legal guardians in physical or electronic form (email, message).

OTHER REGULATIONS

If you are going to become our guest, please remember

• No loud noise between 23.00 - 07.00

• No rudeness - be respectful towards each other and hostel staff

• No smoking and alcohol & drugs taking/ storage

• No fish consumption and storage

• No extra guests or visitors above paid guests

• No longer than 30 days is the maximum period to stay

• No possibility to welcome wheel chair users due to technical building layout

• No night cleaning is provided - you must clean after yourself (dishes, spilled drink, dropped paper)

PLEASE NOTE that hostel reserves the right to cancel booking and/or charge a fee if a guest breaks any of the rules above.
