Workshop on Logics of Dependence and Independence
Online (virtual), August 9-10, 2021
This workshop is organized as part of ESSLLI 2021.
Logics of dependence and independence are novel extensions of classical logics aiming at characterizing dependence and independence notions in sciences. This field of research has grown rapidly in recent years, especially, the logics have found applications also in fields like database theory, linguistics, social choice, quantum physics and so on.
