The Locust Grove Cemetery, Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed exclusively
for charitable purposes,
to identify, document, preserve, protect, maintain and advocate for the Locust Grove Cemetery
to educate the community about the historical importance of the cemetery,
to survey the land and plan for future grave sites
to establish identity and permanent grave markers for unmarked graves
for such purposes as receiving and administering funds under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
to provide physical evidence of the past and our existence as a family
