This privacy policy applies to the LocShare app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Talita (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Device Information
If you access the Services through a mobile device, we may be able to identify the general location of your mobile device (not precise geolocation data), your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, random-access memory ("RAM"), the applications you have installed, the applications you have running in the background, mobile device's advertising ID, other unique identifiers and other information related to device settings.

we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services. To provide the Location Sharing Services to you
When utilizing our location sharing service, you will be prompted to grant the necessary permissions for certain features. If you choose not to provide these permissions, you won't be able to use the location sharing service. You can always choose to decline or revoke permissions later through your app settings.
Basic Functionality:
access the device camera to capture photos or videos
record audio using the device's microphone
Network and Connection:
check get information about how the app was installed (e.g., through a direct link or a referral campaign)
check whether the device has an internet connection and its type
access the internet to send and receive data from servers
view information about Wi-Fi connections
Location:
access the device's approximate location (based on cell tower or Wi-Fi data)
access the device's precise location (using GPS)
access the device's location in the background to access and update your location and to notify you about your friends' movements, even when the app is not actively running or visible to you
Notification:
display notifications in the notification bar
Other:
receive push notifications through Google Cloud Messaging
run a service in the foreground that is constantly visible to the user through a notification
start automatically when the device boots up
access information about the phone's state
prevent the device from going to sleep while performing specific tasks
access the Google Advertising ID
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at panekalip@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 3.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 3. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 3 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 3 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (panekalip@gmail.com) so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
