Lockwatch App Free Download Free

I use lockwatch on my Sony Xperia xa and there are like hundreds of free apps in the google play store that do this but I am trying to set one up on my Dad's iPhone with no luck. I try and find it on google and it only shows me paid apps. Is some seriously this chince? Or is there some kind of trick to not getting ripped off?
