Frequently asked questions

• On the homepage you will find the section "Meet the Tutors and Book an Appointment".

• Select the tutor of your choice and click "Book an Appointment".

• You will be directed to that tutor's calendar where you will be able to see the daily schedule of the tutor for a week.

• You can pick anytime ranging between 60 minutes to 120 minutes in which you and the tutor are both free.

• After deciding a mutual time slot, you can click on the link to a Google Form just below the tutor's calendar, and fill out the form accordingly.

• You will receive a confirmation email from your tutor within 3-4 hours of booking the appointment.

• Soon after that you will receive an invitation for google meets on your email id.

NOTE: The booking should be made 6-7 hours prior to the session.

• Tutoring means to guide a student, or a group of students, in a particular academic area (e.g., a topic in math, physics, chemistry, biology, or computer science)

• Mentoring means serving as a wise and trusted counselor to a student or a group of students. It can be looked at as offering a wide range of advice about academically-related topics, time-management, and even how to decide on choosing a stream or a college.

• The standard length of a session would range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the doubts asked.

• The appointment has to be of minimum 60 minutes, i.e, the tutor will be at your service for those 60 minutes. However, if you feel your doubts are cleared before time, you may end the session early.

• You will be receiving a confirmation email from the tutor with whom you booked the appointment, along with the Google Hangouts conference link.

• You can expect the confirmation email within 4 hours of booking the appointment.

• If you do not receive a confirmation email within 4 hours of booking the appointment, you can email the tutor yourself.
