The space is not the Ritz but a small, locally run flat with history and charm, so please treat it kindly and embrace its simplicity.
We ask that you tidy up after yourself, wash dishes, and leave the flat as you found it.
Heating is available but must be used economically, as energy costs are high—please switch it off when not needed.
Pets are welcome with a small fee, but they should be well-behaved, kept off the furniture, and supervised both indoors and near the river.
This is a place of peace, so please keep noise to a minimum. Smoking, candles, and open flames are not allowed inside. Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
We ask for a 80 deposit in case of damages caused by people or pets, returned in full if no damages.
Wireless internet is provided but should be used considerately. Please keep the router and extender fully plugged in.
A washing machine is available for light use, so please avoid overloading it. Please avoid running heat or utilities beyond usual household use.
Onsite parking is provided in marked spaces, and rubbish and recycling should always be disposed of in the bins provided.

When departing, please turn off lights, close and lock windows and doors, and return keys as instructed. Above all, enjoy your stay, take inspiration from the river and hills, and leave the flat ready for the next guest to enjoy.
We will provide a check in code after the reservation is made.
