These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Location Share (the "App"), operated by FalconMedia ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use the App on behalf of another person, family member, or group, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The App may allow you to set local profile-style information on your device, such as a display name, avatar, or other personalization details. You agree that any information you provide in the App will be accurate and lawful to use.
Location Share is designed to help users share location information with family members or other invited participants for safety, coordination, convenience, and related location-based use cases. Based on the App's current product flow, users may begin using core features without first creating a traditional online account.
The App may include features such as:
real-time or periodic location sharing
route or recent location history
geofence or place alerts
push notifications
GPS watermark or related camera/photo features where available
invitation-based connection and local profile features
Certain features may require internet access, device permissions, and a compatible mobile device.
The App may only be used with the knowledge and consent of the person whose location is being shared, except where a parent or legal guardian is authorized by law to manage a minor child's use.
You may not use the App to:
secretly track, stalk, harass, or intimidate any person
collect or share location information without proper notice, authorization, or other lawful basis
impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with another user
use the App in violation of privacy, surveillance, criminal, advertising, or consumer protection laws
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the App is being used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual tracking or monitoring.
To provide core functionality, the App may request access to device features such as:
location services
background location
notifications
camera
photo library or device media access
You may control these permissions through your device settings, but disabling them may limit or prevent certain App features from working.

The App may allow you to set or provide information such as a display name, avatar, profile-style image, place names, or other feature-related inputs. Depending on the feature, that information may be stored locally on your device or processed by us only when a network-based feature requires it.
If you use features such as GPS watermark generation, the App may process content you create, including photos and related metadata, only as necessary to operate that feature.
You retain your rights in content you provide. If a feature requires us to process, transmit, display, or store your submitted information in order to operate the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to do so only for that purpose.
You are solely responsible for content you submit and must ensure it does not:
violate law or third-party rights
contain malware or harmful code
include abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading material
exploit or endanger minors
Some features may be offered through paid subscriptions, free trials, one-time purchases, or ad-supported access.
Where the App offers digital features, upgrades, or subscriptions through Google Play, pricing, billing cycle, renewal terms, and feature access should be disclosed to you before purchase.
If you purchase a subscription through Google Play:
payment is charged through your Google Play account
subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal time
you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings
We intend for subscription offerings to provide ongoing value and to be described clearly and accurately. We do not intend to use misleading flows to obscure the actual billed amount, billing interval, or the nature of the subscription.
Except where required by law or by Google Play policy, fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
The App may display advertising to support free access to certain features.
Where ads are shown:
ads are intended to appear as advertising content and not as operating-system notices or permission dialogs
ads are not intended to misrepresent App functionality
ads are not intended to trick, force, or mislead users into engagement
Premium or subscription offerings may reduce or remove advertising where such options are made available in the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict certain features, issue technical safeguards, remove access to certain App functions, or take other reasonable protective measures if:
you violate these Terms
we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, fraud, deceptive conduct, or unlawful activity
continued use creates legal, safety, platform-policy, or technical risk
These measures do not limit any rights or remedies available to us under law.
The App's current primary flow does not require a traditional user account registration system unless otherwise stated in a specific feature flow.
If you set a display name, avatar, or other profile-style information in the App, that information may be stored locally on your device and used to support App functionality.
You may remove or change local profile information within the App where such controls are available. If you want to remove locally stored App data from your device, you may delete the App from your device or use available device/App controls, subject to how your device handles local storage, media, and backups.
If a specific feature uploads or synchronizes data to our services, the related handling will be described in the Privacy Policy or in feature-specific disclosures.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.
The App, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to FalconMedia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed under these Terms, you may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease the App
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
remove proprietary notices or labels
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or available at all times.
Location-based features may depend on GPS, cellular networks, Wi-Fi, hardware condition, battery level, network quality, operating system permissions, and third-party infrastructure. For that reason, location accuracy, timeliness, and completeness cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FalconMedia and its affiliates, service providers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the App.
If the law does not allow all of the exclusions above, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FalconMedia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
your misuse of the App
your violation of these Terms
your violation of law or the rights of another person
We may update the App, discontinue features, or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
