Accommodation rates
from October 15th to the end of February: Std (standard) 100 € NR (non-refundable): 85 € (*)
from March 1st to mid-october: Std (standard) 110 € NR (non-refundable): 95 € (*)
(*) the NR rate is only valid for a reservation made at least 4 months before the scheduled arrival date.

tourist taxes, between 3 and 4 €/person/night - seasonal rates (Dracénie Tourisme);
end of stay cleaning: 80 €;
electric recharge of your vehicle, due at the end of your stay (independent meter - night recharge);
payment based on consumption: 0.25 € per Kwh.
Payments by transfer:
Std Pricing: 30% deposit on accommodation / balance accommodation 30 days prior to arrival / taxes and cleaning upon your arrival.
NR pricing: payment of accommodation upon reservation, taxes and cleaning upon your arrival.
nb: a reservation is effective from the receipt of payment.
At check-out: if applicable, amount for electric vehicle charging, in cash or by transfer (no cheque).
Cancellation conditions (Std)
Up to 30 days before arrival, with refund of the deposit.
Beyond that, and in case of a third-party rental repossession during the same period, the deposit will hence be refunded.
Access to the apartment allowed from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Departures no later than 11:00 am.
