High Performance Sailing Regatta

Comox, 14-15 of September 2019

Locarno sailing team raced against the team of Ocean Racing Academy with R18 catamarans.

This time our team (Lincoln Macdonald - the skipper, and Dmitrii Kharchenko - crew) was the second. Ellie Wright and Amy Ball from Ocean Racing Academy won the final race. However, club Locarno team is looking for the next year battle to improve.

Girls team from Ocean Racing Academy was unbeatable.

It was a lot of fun, great wind, stadium type short races with quick boat change. Each team accomplished 7 races.

Great team of fans and spectators were watching from the shore and boats around.
