LocalRankBC ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to provide local SEO services to BC contractors, dentists, and service businesses. Protecting your privacy is important to us. 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By using this website and services provided by LocalRankBC (“we”, “us”), you (“you”, “Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions 

• “Website” refers to LocalRankBC’s website.
  
  

• “Services” are the SEO proposal services provided.
  
  

• “Client” means anyone requesting or receiving a proposal.
  
  

3. Services
We deliver a one-time local SEO proposal tailored to your business (e.g., landing page optimization, citation setup). We do not offer ongoing monthly retainers.Payment is due per proposal. Any additional work is quoted separately. [Example inspired by Orange SEO’s service breakdown]

4. Payment & Pricing

Payments processed via Stripe. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards.

If payment fails, we will notify you and pause service until the issue is resolved.

5. Refunds & Cancellations 

Cancelled before proposal delivery? We issue a full refund (minus processing fees).

Once delivered, no refunds, except as required by law. Similar to SEO Services In Canada’s refund structure 

6. Intellectual Property 

You retain all rights to your content and business information. We retain all rights to our templates, methodology, and content we create.

7. Use of the Website  

You're granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use and view the website content for personal or business purposes only

8. Limitation of Liability   

To the extent permitted by law, LocalRankBC and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to using our services or website. 

9. Third-Party Tools & Links  

Our site may link to or use third-party tools like Google Analytics or Stripe. We aren’t responsible for their policies or uptime. 

10. Termination 

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse of the site or violation of these Terms. Your obligations survive even after termination. 

11. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes are effective from the date posted. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. Platform rights management is common practice . 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the province of British Columbia, Canada.
