Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Locally" (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Locally, Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use
The Application collects various types of information when you download and use it, including:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

  • Details of your usage, including pages visited, time and date of visits, and time spent on each page.

  • The operating system of your mobile device.

• User-Provided Information:

  • Personally identifiable information, such as email, user ID, first name, last name, and any other data you voluntarily provide.

  • Booking information, including the number of bookings, most common categories booked, total amount spent, and net and gross revenue generated.

• User-Generated Content:

  • Photos, reviews, event descriptions, and other content voluntarily uploaded by users to the Application.

Purpose of Collection:
The Service Provider uses the collected data to:

• Enhance user experience by providing insights into booking patterns and tailoring content to show more relevant posts.

• Facilitate core functionalities, such as event bookings and payments.

• Provide users with access to their data, including net and total revenue generated.

Users can view most of the data collected about them through the Application.

Precise Geolocation Data:
The Application does not collect or store precise geolocation data.

Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party services for analytics, payment processing, and other functionalities. These services include:

• Google Analytics for Firebase (for usage analytics).

• Firebase Crashlytics (for error tracking).

• Stripe (for payment processing).

The Service Provider ensures that any third-party service providers:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via your app store.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Upon account deletion, associated data will be permanently removed. Users can request deletion of their data by contacting support@locally.miami.

Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider at support@locally.miami.

User-Generated Content
By uploading content (e.g., photos, reviews) through the Application:

1. Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating and promoting the Application.

2. The Service Provider is not responsible for content shared by users and reserves the right to remove any content that violates the Terms of Service or applicable laws.

Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Measures include physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect user data. However, no security system is foolproof, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee complete protection against data breaches.

In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified as required by law.

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
