Welcome to Local List. Local List is a live auction mobile application that connects local buyers and sellers for in-person pickup transactions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect
We collect: name, email address, city/state/ZIP, payment method info (processed securely by Stripe), bid and purchase history, pickup addresses (shared only after payment is confirmed), live show participation data, and device/technical information.
3. How We Use Your Information
• Connect you with local buyers and sellers in your area
• Process bids, payments, and order fulfillment
• Reveal pickup addresses to buyers after confirmed payment
• Send notifications about shows, bids, and orders
• Improve app performance and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Local List does not store your credit card numbers. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripe (payments), LiveKit (streaming), and Supabase (database) to operate the platform, and as required by law.
6. Children’s Privacy
Local List is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

8. Security
We use encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and trusted third-party infrastructure to protect your information.
