This VIP Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of VIP membership features (“VIP Service”) within the Local Meet mobile application (“App”).
By purchasing or using VIP Service, you agree to this Agreement in addition to the Terms of Service.

VIP membership provides enhanced features, which may include: - Increased visibility in matches - Access to premium filters - Unlimited messaging or interactions - Priority support

2. Subscription and Billing

VIP Service may be offered as: - Weekly subscription - Monthly subscription - Annual subscription
Prices and plans are displayed within the App and may vary by region.
2.2 Payment
Payments are processed through Google Play or other authorized payment platforms
You authorize us to charge the applicable fees
2.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
Renewal fees will be charged to your account
2.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law
Refunds, if applicable, are handled by the payment platform (e.g., Google Play)
4. Changes to Pricing and Services
We may modify VIP pricing or features at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to: - Abuse VIP features - Attempt to bypass payment systems - Use VIP status for illegal or harmful purposes
Violation may result in termination without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your VIP access if: - You violate this Agreement or the Terms of Service - Your account is suspended or deleted

VIP Service is provided “AS IS” without guarantees of specific results (e.g., matches or interactions).
8. Compliance with Platform Policies
VIP purchases comply with Google Play policies, including: - Transparent pricing - Clear subscription terms - Easy cancellation via platform settings
