I am Lobke Weijers, a fourth-year PhD student in accounting at Tilburg University. My research focuses on behavioral aspects of auditing, such as auditors' judgment and decision-making, and talent management in the audit sector. I use experiments, surveys, as well as field data to answer my research questions.
