Golden, crusty & chewy with a soft center. Made with organic bread flour, 100% naturally leavened with my wild starter Flora & absolutely no commercial yeast. Slow-fermented & cold-proofed over 48 hours, a long, unrushed process that may also be easier to digest.
The same handcrafted sourdough as my boules, organic bread flour, wild starter Flora, no commercial yeast & a 48-hour slow fermentation, baked in a loaf pan for soft, even slices end-to-end. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, grilled cheese & everyday bread duty!
My classic 48-hour, naturally leavened sourdough gets a little extra personality. Current flavors include Pizza with pepperoni, cheese & Italian seasonings; Chocolate Chip Croissant; and Italian Herb & Butter. Made with organic bread flour, Flora & no commercial yeast.
Made from a rich brown butter sourdough cookie dough with starter worked right into the base for extra depth & flavor.
Small-batch seasonal favorites, special flavors, & the occasional delicious experiment, available while they last.
After 18 years in the corporate world & more than a few hard seasons in life, I found myself craving something slower, more creative & more meaningful.
That something turned out to be sourdough.
What began with flour, water & a starter named Flora quickly became something I fell in love with & couldn't wait to share.
Every loaf is made by hand in small batches, slowly fermented for about 48 hours & baked fresh right here in Waverly, NY using simple, recognizable ingredients.
This isn’t fancy bread saved for special occasions. It’s buttery morning toast, sandwiches packed for lunch, grilled cheese, soup nights & family dinners around the table.
Nothing rushed. Nothing unnecessary. Just wildly delicious sourdough made the old-fashioned way, with time, care & a whole lot of love.
For me, this is about more than bread. It’s about making something meaningful & sharing it with the people around me.
