Step 2: HMO APPROVAL - send a picture of HMO card, accepts Intellicare and SureHealth card (available via their website)

Step 3: TRIAGE - triage staff assists patients with information entry, payment and referral to appropriate MD.

Step 4: CONSULT - the doctor interviews the patient, provide instructions, prescription, referrals and teleconsult certificate.

Step 1: DOWNLOAD MOBILE APP - Idownload ang kanilang mobile app: HealthNow sa Apple Store (iPhone) o sa Google Play (Android) at gumawa ng account.

Step 2: CONSULT BUTTON - Iclick ang:

• Consult Now - para sa parehong araw na konsultasyon, o

• Consult Later - para sa mapipiling nais na schedule sa mga hindi urgent medical concerns

• Step 3: INFORMATION ENTRY

• I-input ang iyong pangalan at ang inyong medical concern

• Maaari ding mag submit/upload ng mga pictures/document (halimbawa: resulta ng laboratoryo o pisikal na sintomas)

Step 4: PAYMENT- sila ay tumatanggap ng bayad thru G-cash, debit or credit card

Step 5: E-CONSULTATION - iclick ang Enter Waiting Room Now button para sa inyong konsultasyon.

Step 1: VIA WEBSITE/MOBILE APP - pumunta sa kanilang website: https://cloudpx.ph/home o idownload ang kanilang mobile app: CloudPx sa Apple Store (iPhone) o sa Google Play (Android) at gumawa ng account.

Step 2: SEARCH BOX - sa search box, mag input na alinman sa sumusunod:

• Pangalan ng doktor

• Specialization (halimbawa: Internal Medicine, Cardiologist)

• HMO (pangalan ng insurance)

Step 3: FILTER - hanapin ang mga sumusunod:

• Consultation Type: piliin ang ONLINE CONSULT (VIRTUAL)

• Consultation Fee - piliin ang ang FREE/CHARITY

Step 4: BOOK APPOINTMENT- mamili sa listahan ng doktor base sa filters na binigay, gayundin ang schedule (petsa at oras). Makakatanggap ng text message or email confirmation para sa appointment.

Step 5: E-CONSULTATION - makatatatanggap ng notification mula sa app o sa website na ang doktor ay nasa virtual clinic ang handa na para sa inyong konsultasyon. Siguraduhin na tandaan at handa sa oras at petsa na intinakda sa booking.

• Partner Annual (Php 799) - 2 members

• Family Annual (Php 999) - 5 members
