Director

Dr Vanessa Loaiza is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Sheffield. Previously, she was Senior Lecturer at the University of Essex. She was also a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Zurich, working with Klaus Oberauer and at the University of Fribourg with Valerie Camos. She obtained her M.S. and Ph.D. in cognitive psychology at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She worked with Matthew Rhodes and with the late David McCabe. Before CSU, she received her B.A. in psychology and philosophy at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, where she grew up.
