LoafMode helps you scroll less by pausing the apps you choose. Here's what it does with your information, and how to reach us.
LoafMode does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
The apps you choose to pause, your focus history, your app limit, and your companion are stored only on your device. LoafMode has no accounts, servers, analytics, or advertising.
LoafMode uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls) to pause the apps you choose. Apple only gives the app anonymous references to those apps. LoafMode can't see what you do in them, and that information never leaves your device.
If you allow notifications, LoafMode sends one optional heads-up shortly before your app time runs out. It's created on your device.
Deleting the app deletes all of its data.
LoafMode doesn't collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions about privacy: See Contact below.

A paused app won't open
During a focus session, apps open again at the end time shown. With an app limit, they open again at midnight. To unpause for 5 minutes, open LoafMode and tap "Unpause for 5 minutes" (up to 3 times a day).
Open LoafMode and tap the time left on the home screen (or Settings → App limit), then “Turn off app limit”. It turns off after a short wait.
Open LoafMode once and the widget will catch up. If it still doesn't, remove it and add it again.
