This policy explains what information the game Load It Up! (package com.loaditup.game), published by Hammil Albakab, collects and how it is used.
Information the game itself stores
Your progress (levels, coins, trucks, upgrades and settings) is saved only on your device. We do not run our own servers and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, location or photos.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect the device advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and app interaction data. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK) you are asked for consent first, and you can change it any time in the game's Settings under Ad privacy. Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Coin packs, the VIP subscription and the world unlock are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Notifications (OneSignal)
If you allow notifications, OneSignal receives a device push token and basic device information so it can deliver messages about new levels and trucks. You can turn notifications off in the game's Settings or in Android settings. OneSignal's policy: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and is not designed to collect personal information from them.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the game deletes all progress stored on your device. To ask about data held by our partners, contact us at the address below and we will help you reach them.
