Company subscription or Individual subscription?
If you are considering MemberPlus, be sure to find out whether your company wants to have a subscription. This is an offering where a company can purchase a set of memberships with tiered discounts and have the company key contact pay one invoice for membership seats on an annual basis.
You can always enroll with an individual MemberPlus subscription if your company declines to embrace this benefit.
Company subscriptions - This is a white glove service where a company can purchase a set of memberships with tiered discounts and have the company key contact pay one invoice for membership seats on an annual basis.
ERS Pitch meetings - Participating members can get into details to understand what's needed and exchange ideas in real time.
Knowledge Network - a place where everyone can come together for detailed discussions around a specific topic. Factory Track, Finance, and PLM are examples.
Legacy Baan Home - We are also creating a home for Baan users to interact with one another. In doing this, we do not expect Infor to support Baan. We hope that giving Baan users access to this community is an additional lifeline that uncovers new options for moving forward not previously discovered. Let's see if any Baan users would like to pursue this opportunity within LN NAUG.
Quarterly Townhall Meetings - Receive invitations for community conversations where customers set the agenda via pre-meeting surveys.
Social Events - Receive invitations to sponsored social events and build your professional network
In addition to baseline MemberPlus benefits, customers can access the following additonal benefits
Customer Member Directory - finding someone with a shared interest will be MUCH easier.
Dedicated private group for customers only - A place where you can have private conversation with any and all other customers.
Create and manage your own special interest groups - The customer who is a group creator is responsible for managing the group and inviting other members to join. Each group can decide whether it wants to be public or private. Members of the group can also add events to the group calendar and start conversations whenever they’d like.
MemberPlus Classifieds - MemberPlus members can share opportunities with others. Examples include things like job postings, free-lancers seeking work, referrals, or (perhaps) roadmap workshops where customers can get external feedback for crazy ideas. There is no limit but all content must comply with Terms & Conditions and the Community Code of Conduct.
Company webpage - A one-time white glove service to create a webpage that is available to all members. Your site should have links out to other resources you own where content is kept up to date.
Dedicated collaboration groups - LN NAUG will setup dedicated collaboration groups where you can post announcements and invite all Basic and MemberPlus members to participate within in your discussion group.
Access to community activity - Ability to see upcoming events and participate in any public social groups created by MemberPlus customers.
MemberPlus Exec is a restricted extension that is only available to customers.
The intention for this membership is to drive for maximum benefit by bringing together a small group of executives on a similar journey to exchange insights, challenge assumptions, and work through their biggest pain points together. This is a creates a confidential space where leaders can openly discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. By connecting executives who are facing similar challenges, the program accelerates learning, reduces isolation, and provides proven perspectives on how others have navigated—and overcome—complex business obstacles.
Participation is intentionally limited to two executives per company to ensure depth of dialogue and meaningful peer connection. Total number of subscriptions is limited to 20.
Members meet twice per year, in person, for a one-day, workshop-style summit focused on practical problem-solving, strategic clarity, and peer-led learning.
