Deliverables

This project has several deliverables that the team has divided into different phases. This is to make clear what the team needs to do before they take the next step. These deliverables are divided per person, each person has a deliverable for which he/she is responsible. Which person is assigned which deliverable is worked out in the planning near the end of the document

1. INITIAL PHASE

1.1 Plan Of Action

The first deliverable is to make a plan of action. It contains all of the different steps the team has to follow to reach their final product. The plan of action consists of an explanation of the final product the team will deliver and a detailed explanation of all the steps the team needs to take to finalise this product. This plan of action has to follow the Denknasium.nl requirements for a good POA (Plan Of Action). The document is linked on the right.

1.2 Programme of Requirements

1.2 Programme of requirements

In order for the team to make an actual viable product it needs to follow the requirements so to make those clear the requirements are worked out in the Programme of Requirements. The requirements for the product will be partially discussed with the commissioning party and summarised by the team in the document. The team does this by researching how other related products of the same type are worked out and compile a list of requirements for their own. The document in which these requirements are worked out are linked on the left.

1.3 The brainstorm

In order to come up with a good final product, the team needs to come up with at least 10 different possible ways to make the video and models. They do so by first writing these different ideas in a document and working out if and how the idea would be realised. The team then decides which of these ideas is the best and continues the development. This document is shown on the right.

2. MIDDLE PHASE

2.1 Preliminary research

In order to make accurate models the team first needs to know what ‘agroforestry’ actually entails and how the ultimate agricultural system using regenerative agroforestry would look like. The team will do this by writing a document of at least 300 words describing what agroforestry is and a short description of how the models are going to look like. This document is linked on the right.

2.1 Preliminary Research
2.2 Designs

2.2 Designs

To make their final product look as good as possible and to fully understand the design the team will make a list of short sketches or designs of how the idea could be worked out. Out of these sketches the best one will be selected and workout out further into final models that will be shared with the commissioning party.

2.3 Models

Part of the final product will be the model. The team will make a 3d model to give an example of how an agricultural system using regenerative agroforestry would look like. This will give an example of how it could work in the real world. This model will be finalised and used in the video explaining regenerative agroforestry. A slideshow with renders of this model are shown on the right.

3. FINAL PHASE

3.1 Final product

As our final product the team will deliver a video explaining what agroforestry is, how it would work and what it looks like using the models from deliverable 2.3. They will then give an explanation on the models and why regenerative agroforestry is better than an ordinary monoculture. The video will be made in a way that it can be shown to any person who has trouble understanding what regenerative agroforestry is, what it would look like or how it works so they quickly understand the subject. The video is also viewable on the left.

3.2 Final presentation

At the end of the project the team gives a final presentation to the commissioning party in which they tell them what the final product has become in detail and how it works. They will then hand them the final report (before or after the presentation). The team will try and have this presentation at the commissioning party's headquarters if this isn’t possible due to corona measures or other technical difficulties the presentation will be held online. The presentation the team used is linked on the right.

3.2 Final Presentation

3.3 Final report

As the final part of the project the team makes a final report describing the entire project including all the deliverables and the final product. This document will function as a summary of the project so the commissioning party can easily read back on the process or the final product of the project. This document is linked below.
