Lukas Mergele

Welcome!

I am a policy consultant at BSS in Basel, Switzerland. Previously, I was a research economist at the ifo Institute and a member of the Junior Faculty at the University of Munich. I received my Ph.D. from Humboldt University as a fellow of the Berlin School of Economics. In fall 2019, I was a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.

My main interest is in the Economics of the Public Sector.
