Happy New Year!! LMPTA is excited to jump into 2026 with many new and exciting events in the works. In February we will host Bingo Night at Pine Road as well as Murray Avenue Science Night. We will also be bringing back Valentines Pizzas! In March we will host our very popular Kids Event and in April we will have Art Night at Pine Road as well as a spring social event at the Middle School. To qualify as candidate for school VP, the interested member must have served as a committee chairperson at the school. Additionally, all members of the LMPTA Executive Board must be a paid member of LMPTA. Interested candidates should be sure to review the bylaws and policies and procedures documents.

Pine Road Family Bingo Night - February 6th

Join us for Pine Road Family Bingo Night at Pine Road Elementary on Friday, February 6th!!

$5 per person gets you an entry ticket and one reusable bingo card. Additional Bingo cards can be purchased for $5 each.

NOTE: Everyone in attendance is required to purchase a ticket. All children must be supervised by an adult. All pizza must be purchased at the time of registration. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase at the event. Tickets sold at door based on availability. Once capacity is reached no further tickets will be sold. Raffle ticket sale prices will be 25 tickets for $20 at the event. Bingo entry ticket and card will be $10 at the event. Cheddar up fees will be added at checkout.

Heart Shaped Pizza & Dessert Event - February 12th

LMPTA is proud to offer curbside dinner pick up on Thursday, February 12th, just in time for Valentine's Day weekend! We will be offering heart-shaped bake-at-home pizza kits (from Palz) and decorate your own cookie kits for dessert (from Five Little Cookies & Co)!

Curbside pick up will be at Pine Road from 12-1:30 with an option for evening pick up. LMTSD teachers and staff can pick up from their school office prior to dismissal.

Bake pizza at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until it's done to your liking.
If you want to save your pizza kit to prepare over the weekend, wrap the crust in plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to use.

LMPTA Night at the Wings Game - February 22nd

Join our LM families and other four-legged friends for an exciting Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse game with Bark in the Park on February 22nd at 3:00pm!

All dogs will be free of purchase ONLY through the Party Zone. Party Zone tickets will include:

Three (3) Drink Tickets (Water, Soda, Seltzer/Beer 21+)
Standing Room Only Tickets on our Turf Level

First 20 families that purchase tickets will also have one (1) child participate in a high 5 tunnel as players take the field during the pregame!

LMPTA Kids Event - March 7th

Join us for the LMPTA Kids Event on March 7, 2026 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm @ Lower Moreland High School (drop off at Gym Doors by Valley Turf field) for kids in Kindergarten through 6th Grade! Evening includes various activities, including crafts, games, and sports!

$35 per child ($25 for sibling registered at the same time)
There will be a cap to this event so please reserve ASAP!
Sorry, no refunds will be issued (on food/snacks or admission). All no shows or cancellations will be considered a donation to LM PTA.

Get ready for a night of family fun, friendly competition, and creative chaos! Join us for an exciting PTA Family Event where families will team up to build the tallest marshmallow & spaghetti tower they can imagine. Each family gets a whole pizza, water, and the supplies needed to compete in our Marshmallow & Spaghetti Tower Challenge.
Will your tower stand tall… or tumble? There’s only one way to find out!

LM PTA Bylaws

The Lower Moreland PTA is in the process of updating their current bylaws as required by Pennsylvania PTA. The suggested bylaws are attached. If you have comments or concerns, please email LowerMorelandBylaws@Gmail.com no later than January 9, 2026. The final proposed Bylaws will be posted and sent out via newsletter on January 14, 2026 and a vote will be taken on these bylaws at the General Exec Meeting on February 18, 2026.
