The transfer of knowledge to society and industry is a very important part of my research and education activities. In accordance with USA and European innovation policies, the Fluid Mechanics educational and research projects I work on are encompassed within the multidisciplinary areas of innovative energy & propulsion, transportation & aerospace systems, biotechnology products, medical applications, and advanced manufacturing.
