LLIS SSLG 2026-2027 ELECTION

The following list outlines the OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION required to run for office in the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG). These standards ensure that all candidates are prepared to uphold the responsibilities of student leadership and represent their fellow learners with integrity. Please review them carefully, as only those who meet these qualifications are eligible to file their candidacy.

The learner is enrolled in the current school year.
The learner has no failing grades in all subject areas.
The learner is of good moral character.
The learner pass the written and oral interview/screening.

SSLG OFFICER CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS:

LETTER OF INTENT
PARENT WAIVER (PROVIDED BY SSLG)
APPLICATION FORM (PROVIDED BY SSLG)
ENDORSEMENT (SIGNED BY CLASS ADVISER, ESP/VALUES TEACHER, OR GUIDANCE COUNSELOR)
ONE (1) 2x2 ID PICTURE (MUST BE WEARING PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORM)
PHOTCOPY OF REPORT CARD (NO FAILING GRADES)

(FOR SHS 1ST SEMESTER, 1ST AND 2ND QUARTER)

POSITION TO RUN FOR:

EXECUTIVE POSITIONS: 1 POSITION

PRESIDENT
Leads the student body, represents the school in official events, and oversees all SSLG activities.
VICE PRESIDENT
Assist the President, coordinates projects, and takes over in the Presidents' absence.
SECRETARY
Maintain records of the meeting and activities, handle correspondence, and prepares reports.
TREASURER
Manage SSLG funds, oversees budgets, and ensures proper accounting and transparency.
AUDITOR
Reviews financial reports and transportations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER
Communicate SSLG updates, events, and announcements to students and the school community
PROTOCOL OFFICER
Ensures proper conduct during school and SSLG events and organizes ceremonies according to rules.

GRADE 12 LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE
Represents the concerns and ideas of Grade 12 students and participants in SSLG decision-making.
GRADE 11 LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE
Represents the concerns and ideas of Grade 11 students and participants in SSLG decision-making.
GRADE 10 LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE
Represents the concerns and ideas of Grade 10 students and participants in SSLG decision-making.
GRADE 9 LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE
Represents the concerns and ideas of Grade 9 students and participants in SSLG decision-making.
GRADE 8 LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE
Represents the concerns and ideas of Grade 8 students and participants in SSLG decision-making.
GRADE 7 LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE
