ENGINEERING:

DEMOLITION

Survey and Assessment: Assess the existing structure(s) to be demolished, identifying potential hazards, salvageable materials, and utilities to be disconnected.

Hazard Mitigation: Implement safety measures to protect workers, neighboring properties, and the environment during the demolition process.

Utility Disconnection: Disconnect and cap off utilities, such as water, gas, electricity, and telecommunications, following established protocols.

Demolition Method Selection: Choose the appropriate demolition method based on factors like site conditions, structure type, and surrounding environment. Options include implosion, mechanical demolition, or deconstruction.

Demolition Execution: Safely and systematically carry out the demolition, adhering to established safety protocols. Properly dispose of or recycle debris and materials as required.

CONSTRUCTION

Site Preparation: Clear the site, level the ground, and establish temporary facilities, such as fencing, access roads, and utilities required during construction.

FINISHING
