LLEGO hosts a Savvy Student Seminar almost each month for Language and Literacy Education graduate students. In these informal sessions, LLED faculty members and students are invited to speak on various topics pertinent to grad students at different points in their educational careers. Previous topics have included: introduction to the department, conference proposals and presentations, publications and writing, and going on job the job market and interviewing.
