RETROSPECTIVE SOLO EXHIBITION – LEONIDAS KAMPANAKIS
01/07/2023 – 16/07/2023
A distinctive feature of the retrospective exhibition of visual artist Leonidas Kampanakis was an artwork inspired by a rare book published in 1990, containing the first nude photographs of the world-renowned singer, songwriter, and actress Madonna, taken in 1979 when she worked as a model.
Visitors to the exhibition had the opportunity to browse through the book, which was displayed directly beneath the aforementioned artwork. In this way, Madonna, in a sense, paid a visit to Tzia.
