Hi, I’m Lewis Olley, a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist currently based in Watton.
I work with active individuals, athletes, and desk-based professionals who want to move better, manage pain, and stay consistent with training and daily life.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include hands-on treatment, cupping, and simple movement support depending on what your body needs.
Soft tissue and sports massage focuses on reducing muscle tension, improving tissue quality, and supporting how your body moves and recovers. Treatment is tailored to the individual and may include deeper work where appropriate, alongside lighter techniques to help the nervous system relax.
This service is suitable for active individuals, athletes, and anyone experiencing tightness, stiffness, or reduced movement due to training, work, or daily life.
Cupping therapy is used to help reduce tissue restriction, improve circulation, and encourage freer movement in areas that feel tight, heavy, or restricted. Cups are applied to the skin to create gentle suction, lifting the tissues rather than compressing them.
Cupping may be used as a standalone technique or combined with hands-on soft tissue work, depending on your needs and comfort.
Mobility and movement support focuses on improving joint range, control, and confidence in movement. Sessions may include simple, practical exercises designed to support daily activities, training, or recovery between treatments.
Exercises are tailored to the individual and are chosen to be realistic, achievable, and easy to maintain outside the treatment room.
Injury and pain management sessions are assessment-led and focused on understanding the underlying cause of discomfort, not just the symptoms. Treatment may include soft tissue techniques, movement assessment, and guided exercise or aftercare advice.
The aim is to support long-term improvement, reduce recurrence, and help you move with greater comfort and confidence.
Each session is tailored to the individual and may include a combination of hands-on treatment and movement-based support.
Sessions begin with a brief assessment to understand your movement, symptoms, and goals. This helps guide the treatment and ensures it is appropriate for you.
Treatment may include a combination of hands-on soft tissue work, cupping therapy, and movement-based support depending on your needs.
You’ll also receive simple advice or exercises to help you get the most from your treatment between sessions.
