Registration Procedure
To register you require a tournkey account.
1) Click on registration link below and enter your email address.
If you do not have an account, it will ask you to create one.
2) Enter your password or click on forgot password.
3) Once you have entered the site click on your team name or create a new team.
4) Once you have created a team you can now click on Join tournament
5) Click Register Now on Tournament you wish to enter
We require teams to pay a minimum 10% Deposit to confirm your desire to be CONSIDERED FOR ACCEPTANCE.... Deposit Cheques can not be postdated. Remaining fees will be due by July 31st. (Fees paid by Credit card are subject to a 4% Non-Refundable fee)
REFUND POLICY
Teams cancelling for any reason prior to July 31st will receive a FULL refund. Teams cancelling after July 31st will forfeit their fees unless a replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found team will forfeit deposit only.
Teams will receive FULL refund of all fees if tournament is cancelled due to COVID
