About Me
My name is Lizz. I am a spiritually attuned healer just trying to help as many people as I can in my own way. My spiritual gifts and awakening started when I started having very vivid dreams that helped me to learn dream interpretation and to heal through my own traumas both generationally and spiritually starting at the age of 15. Along the way, I learned to hone these abilities in my waking life as well with the help of shadow work.
I've always had a knack and love for helping people, especially emotionally and spiritually. I aim to help people balance their body, mind, and spirit by guiding them in the right direction to the best of my knowledge, especially when healing through personal and generational trauma.
Learning to listen to my own body, mind, and spirit and to tune into my intuitive gifts has significantly helped me through medical problems (physically and mentally, such as severe back pain, weight problems, depression, anxiety, and more) in ways regular doctors never could and has helped me to find peace in life and within myself. I have a bachelor's degree in General Psychology and focused a lot of my studies on dream psychology and how the body responds to stress and trauma in different ways.
I just want to give back to all those ready to heal or even just help people find answers to life I never had and had to learn
Hours of operation (These hours are based on Hawaii State Time or HST)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11 am- 7 pm
Wednesday: 11 am - 2 pm
Sunday: 11 am -4 pm
Tarot card readings that don't involve a meeting will be completed within 48 hours of the order being placed and will show up in your email
Services and Pricing
Answering 1 question/situation: ($11.11)
If you have just one question or situation you would like some clarity on, but you maybe don't have the time for a meeting or just want the answers ASAP, this is a good option to choose. Once the order is placed, I will respond to you via email within 48 hours with your personal reading answering your question and/or guiding you in the right direction to the answers you seek <3
Answering 1 question/situation (with a 30-minute meeting): ($22.22)
This option is the same as above ( answering a question or situation you would like some clarity on), but includes a 30-minute meeting via video call, which allows me to gain a little more information on what factors may be involved in your situation and to help with any follow-up questions you may have once receiving your answer.
1 hour meeting/reading and wellness package: ($33.33)
This option is available for those who have the time to sit down for a bit with me on a video call to discuss whatever may be going on in your life. If you're healing personally or working through generational trauma, this is a great package. The first half of the session is to answer whatever questions you may have regarding whatever situation in your life you may be struggling with. The second half of the session focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit by looking into your physical, mental, and spiritual health. The body, mind, and spirit are all intertwined with one another. If you are having problems with one, it could be an indication of problems with another. Let me help you to gain control of your life and heal <3
Life Coaching Consultation (1 Hour): ($33.33)
This option is similar to the "1 hour meeting/ reading and wellness package" listed above. The key difference is that, with this option, I personalize a plan of action when it comes to working through your certain situations, health challenges, traumas you're working through, etc., as well as give you some recommendations for books, journals, exercises/ coping mechanisms, etc. This option is designed for those looking to go into ongoing life coaching/ healing sessions, but is a separate option in case you aren't sure if this is the route you want to take in your healing, are testing the waters, etc.
Life Coaching Session (1 Hour) : ($44.44)
If you're looking at receiving ongoing help from me with working through situations, ailments, traumas, etc. that you're facing/ trying to heal from, this option may be good for you. With a focus on shadow work, dream interpretation, chart readings (Mostly Astrology and Destiny Matrix), listening to physiological symptoms, and much more, I personalize a guidance plan made specifically for you that we work through together until you feel comfortable navigating these areas of your life autonomously.
Life Coaching 12 sessions: $444.44
This is a prepaid package deal if you are feeling really committed to your healing journey and are seeking guidance on this path for an extended period of time. These 12 sessions can be as quickly as once a week for 12 weeks (3 months), or you can space them out further to what works best for you. This option would be something to pick after going through the consultation so we make sure my healing practices and vibe match you :)
