With over 16 years of hands-on experience in senior care, Lizandra Calzadilla saw firsthand the heartbreaking shortcomings and neglect that can happen in other assisted living facilities. Motivated by a deep sense of compassion and a dream to create real change, she founded Lizandra Assisted Living to set a new standard—one built on dignity, safety, and respect.

As a devoted mother, Lizandra also envisioned this facility as a way to provide a better future for her children and family. Today, she personally ensures that every resident is treated like family—receiving not just care, but genuine love, attention, and advocacy. Her mission is simple: to make lives better, safer, and more meaningful, one person at a time.
