REFLECTION
The project is all about fire prevention and preparedness. It's aim is to help the residence to gain some knowledge on how to protect themselves in case of emergencies.The specific issue that is planned to resolve is how one could protect itself in cases of emergencies and the proper actions to initiate and respond to a disaster. My responsibilities in the program is to manage, analyze control, and come up with solutions that my group may face. As a leader it is my duty to have my group’s back my actions and every move is critical, as every action that I might take may influence the group to come up with plans, solutions, and the overall execution is one of my many tasks. During the planning it’s my job to process, analyze, and to convert thoughts into ideas. The group considered every aspect of how the program might turn out to whether its positive or negative. Our group involved the community in the planning process simply by fitting our program’s theme to our possible client’s preference and how it will be easy for them. The methods that we've used to gather feedback are mostly verbal. We tried and did our best to make the program great which resulted in great feedback from our participants. Our program would forever remain a special place in our heartsIt helped us to grow emotionally and physically as a lot of our values were tested we are just grateful for the memories and experience that we all shared.
