Monday to Friday: 8AM to 6PM

• Open to all UP students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

• Visitors, including undergraduate students, are allowed every Monday

For Non-UP Individuals:

• Alumni: Letter of Introduction or ID; Can use the library for 5 days within a semester, free of charge but beyond that must pay the ff. fees:

  •  Php20.00 per day; 

  • Php450.00 per year

• Graduate Students: Letter from librarian and ID

• Consortium students/Faculty: Countersigned ID from UP; and verification proof

• Private Researchers: Letter of Request and Office ID

• Government Researchers: Letter of Request and Office ID; Can use the library for 5 days per semester, free of charge but beyond that must pay the ff. fees:

  • Php20.00 per day; 

  • Php450.00 per semester; 

  • Php300.00 per summer.
