This year we have been renewing our baptismal vows each month, reminding us that we are sealed with the cross of Christ forever with God's abiding love. During the month of your baptism, you will be invited forward for a blessing.
Bring your pet to church on Sunday August 9 for a special blessing during worship. If your pet doesn't play well with others, feel free to bring a picture of them to be prayed over instead of being present with us. This will be an outdoor service.

VBS 2026 will help us take on the challenge of being God’s super agents by spreading God’s love and grace. We are partnering with St. Mark, Circle Pines for this 4-evening, activity based fun for kids aged 3 years-old through 5th grade. Dinner will be available starting at 5:30pm with activities from 6:00-7:30pm each night.
This year we are shifting a week later than in past in order to accommodate so many families that are participating in their neighborhood “Night to Unite” events.
VBS families are encouraged to walk in the Blue Heron Day’s Parade on Saturday August 15th as a joint ministry between LW and St. Mark.
St. Mark will join LW on Sunday Augsut 16 for worship, with the kids leading us in prayer and praise around the theme of VBS.
Cost is $15/child with a family cap at $45. Scholarships are available- talk to Pastor Ivy.
We also are looking for volunteers to help with planning, making dinner and leading nightly activities. If you are interested in helping, talk to Pastor Ivy.
