THE LIVINGSTON FINE ART ASSOCIATION FOSTERS THE APPRECIATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FINE VISUAL ART AND ARTISTS BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ART EXHIBITIONS, PROGRAMS, AND EDUCATION.
AS A CELEBRATION OF CREATIVITY AND COMMUNITY, THE LFAA HOSTS A GENERAL MEETING EACH MONTH FEATURING A PRESENTATION BY A TALENTED ARTIST OR ARTISAN FROM AROUND MICHIGAN OR A SPECIAL EVENT WILL BE ANNOUNCED.
FREE GOODIES & BOTTLED WATER PROVIDED. COME MEET KINDRED SPIRITS -- EVERYONE WELCOME !
WHEN: THE LAST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 7:00 p.m. (6:30-7:00 is a meet and greet)

Guest Speaker: Crissy Stratford, an amazing "detail artist" will
share her process with us.
Crissy shares her story with us: "Hi! I’m Crissy Stratford (or Crissy S.). My art has been all over the world, numerous high-end art shows and an art residency at the Detroit Athletic Club. I have also been featured on Fox 2 Detroit,
WDIV Channel 4 Detroit and twice on WXYZ Channel 7 Detroit.

I have done pictures for as long as I can remember and I have a deep love for illustrating living things. I am known for being an extreme detail artist and I mainly use a small .005 Micron pen for this unique effect. Look closely at my art – the more you look the more you will see. Artist of the Year: Each Meeting Bring a piece of art and members can vote for their favorites. At the end of the year, votes are tallied and an Artist is Named Artist of the Year.
