For all my life I have loved history. I also have loved the outdoors. These two loves combined to start me into reenacting in 1996. Additionally, I became a history teacher and was in the high school classroom for 14 years.

Over the years, I have reenacted most facets of Wisconsin history from 1650-1850. I have also dabbled in other eras and periods including the Middle Ages. Much of this was shared in articles I wrote, a blog and website I maintained, and through varying other mediums. Knowing that many of these magazines and my old blog are becoming extinct and unaccessible on the internet, I decided to build this simple page to archive these past items, articles, posts, etc.
