Notification of acceptance:  June 1, 2026

Important information:

• There is NO REGISTRATION FEES. Accepted participants (on-site) will have to pay a Tuition Fee of €150 (amount to be confirmed).

• The number of participants will be limited to 50 and preference will be given to applicants who are willing to present their work. 

• Up to 30 participants will receive financial support for accommodation.

• On-site lunch is going to be provided to all participants.

• Additional students are welcome to participate remotely through a hybrid format (hands on research projects will be limited to in-person attendees).

In evaluating applicants, we will ensure a balanced representation of theoretical and experimental profiles, and recommendation/motivation letters are requested as part of the final selection process.
