This privacy policy explains how Living Stones (the "App"), published by 79XY Licensing, Technology, and Diagnostics ("79XY LTD"), operating as Pixel Craft Studios, handles information when you use the App.
1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
Living Stones does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, advertising IDs, or analytics. We do not track your gameplay or behavior. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or advertising software.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App stores game progress, unlocked foundations, scores, settings, and the number of Spark rescue blasts in the App's private storage on your device. This information remains on your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
3. OPTIONAL PURCHASES AND GOOGLE PLAY BILLING
Living Stones offers an optional purchase of Spark rescue blasts through Google Play Billing. Purchases are never required to play or finish the game. Google Play processes the transaction and may collect payment and purchase information under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full payment details. The App communicates with Google Play only as needed to display, verify, acknowledge, and restore eligible purchases.

4. PERMISSIONS
The App uses the Google Play Billing permission to offer optional in-app purchases. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or other sensitive device data.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Living Stones is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user. The App has no ads, social features, accounts, chat, or tracking. Optional purchases are handled by Google Play and remain subject to the device owner's Google Play purchase authentication and family controls.
6. DATA SECURITY AND DELETION
Because gameplay information is stored locally, you control it through your device. You can delete it by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. We do not maintain a server database of player information.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates only with Google Play Billing for optional purchases. Google handles information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new last-updated date and will become effective when published here.
