LivHer ("we", "our", or "the app") is a women's health and wellness application designed to help users track and manage various aspects of their health and wellness.
This Privacy Policy explains what information LivHer collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and how users can request deletion of their information.

Depending on the features you use, LivHer may collect:

Exercise and activity information
Medicine/reminder information
Daily check-in information
Diet and nutrition-related information
Pregnancy-related information, if you choose to use Pregnancy Mode
Health statistics generated from information you provide
This information is provided voluntarily by you through the features of the application.
If you voluntarily use Couple Sync, LivHer may process information required to connect and manage the couple relationship, such as a couple code and associated account identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate LivHer features
Save and synchronize your information
Calculate cycle-related predictions
Provide health and wellness statistics
Provide reminders and notifications
Support pregnancy and wellness tracking
Enable Couple Sync when voluntarily activated
Maintain account security

Improve application reliability and functionality
We do not sell your personal or health information.
3. Firebase and Cloud Storage
LivHer uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to provide account authentication and securely store application data.
Your account data is associated with your Firebase user account and user identifier.
Access to private user data is restricted using authentication and Firestore security rules.
LivHer may request permission to send notifications for features such as:
Medicine reminders
Wellness reminders
Cycle-related reminders
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
LivHer does not sell personal information or health information.
Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the application, such as Firebase services used for authentication and cloud data storage.
We only use such services for legitimate application functionality and operations.
LivHer's AI Assistant is currently Coming Soon in the production version of the application.
AI functionality is not enabled in the current pre-launch production release.
The Food Scanner feature is also currently unavailable and is not part of the active production functionality.
If AI-powered features are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the applicable data processing before those features become available.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by LivHer.
Access to user data is restricted using authentication and database security rules.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the application and its features, unless you request deletion or deletion is otherwise required.
You can permanently delete your LivHer account from within the application.
The account deletion feature is available under:
Profile → Account & Data Management → Delete Account
When an account is deleted, LivHer is designed to remove the user's associated application data and Firebase Authentication account, subject to technical processing and applicable legal requirements.
Account deletion may also remove associated Couple Sync information.
LivHer is not intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law.
You may:
Access information associated with your account through the application
Update certain profile information
Manage notification permissions
Disconnect Couple Sync
Delete your LivHer account

We may update this Privacy Policy when LivHer's features, services, or legal requirements change.
