LivePose does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Your photos and videos never leave your device.

LivePose is developed and published by Volkan Mutluer, an independent developer based in Türkiye. For any question about this policy, write to
WHAT WE COLLECT
Nothing. We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage statistics or any other personal information. We do not operate servers that receive data from the app, and we have no way to identify you or your device.
HOW YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ARE HANDLED
When you choose a Live Photo, the app extracts the still frame and the short motion clip stored inside it, renders your video, and writes the result to a temporary folder on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Temporary files are deleted as soon as the video is produced, and any leftovers are cleared when the app next starts.
PHOTO LIBRARY PERMISSIONS
LivePose never requests permission to read your photo library. Selecting a Live Photo uses Apple's system picker, which runs outside the app. The app only receives the single item you picked and cannot see anything else in your library.
The app asks for "Add Photos Only" access at one moment: when you tap Save to Photos on the result screen. This permission allows the app to write the video it just created and nothing more. If you prefer, you can use Share instead and grant no permission at all.
ON-DEVICE ANALYSIS
The "Auto-straighten" feature uses Apple's Vision framework to check whether a face appears upright in your photo, so a sideways or upside-down shot can be corrected. This analysis runs entirely on your device, in memory. It detects only the position of a face; it does not recognise or identify anyone, does not create a face template, and no result is stored or transmitted.
PURCHASES
LivePose Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple through the App Store.
Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether the purchase is active. We never see or receive your name, payment card, billing address or Apple Account details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction:

DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your preferences — output format, filter, freeze duration and similar settings — are saved locally on your device so the app remembers them. This information stays on the device, is not readable by us, and is removed when you delete the app.
iCLOUD PHOTOS
If the Live Photo you select is stored in iCloud rather than on the device,
iOS downloads the original through Apple's own services so the app can read it. This exchange happens between your device and Apple; LivePose is not a party to it.
SHARING WITH OTHERS
We do not share, sell or disclose any information, because we hold none. When you use the Share button, you choose which app or person receives the video.
Once it leaves LivePose, the privacy policy of the app or service you chose applies.
CHILDREN
LivePose is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. Because the app collects no data at all, no information about a child can reach us.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK and comparable laws you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. In our case there is nothing to act on: we hold no data about you. Everything the app produces is on your device and under your control, and deleting the app removes it. If you would like this confirmed in writing, write to volkanmutluer@hotmail.com.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Any change that would involve collecting data will be announced in the app before it takes effect.

LivePose, Türkiye'de yaşayan bağımsız geliştirici Volkan Mutluer tarafından geliştirilip yayımlanmaktadır. Bu politikayla ilgili her soru için:
NELERİ TOPLUYORUZ
Hiçbir şey. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, konumunuzu, cihaz tanımlayıcılarını, kullanım istatistiklerini ya da başka bir kişisel bilgiyi toplamıyoruz.
Uygulamadan veri alan bir sunucumuz yok; sizi ya da cihazınızı tanımlayacak hiçbir yolumuz bulunmuyor.
FOTOĞRAF VE VİDEOLARINIZ NASIL İŞLENİR
Bir Live Photo seçtiğinizde uygulama, içindeki tam çözünürlüklü kareyi ve kısa hareket kaydını çıkarır, videonuzu oluşturur ve sonucu cihazınızdaki geçici bir klasöre yazar. Hiçbir şey hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Geçici dosyalar video üretilir üretilmez silinir; artakalan olursa uygulama bir sonraki açılışta temizler.
FOTOĞRAF İZİNLERİ
LivePose galerinizi okumak için hiçbir zaman izin istemez. Live Photo seçimi, uygulamanın dışında çalışan Apple sistem seçicisiyle yapılır. Uygulamaya yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz tek öğe ulaşır; galerinizdeki başka hiçbir şeyi göremez.
Uygulama tek bir anda "Yalnızca Fotoğraf Ekle" izni ister: sonuç ekranında Fotoğraflara Kaydet'e dokunduğunuzda. Bu izin yalnızca az önce oluşturulan videoyu yazmaya yarar, fazlasına değil. İsterseniz bunun yerine Paylaş'ı kullanıp hiçbir izin vermeyebilirsiniz.
CİHAZ ÜSTÜ ANALİZ
"Otomatik düzelt" özelliği, yan ya da ters çekilmiş kareleri düzeltebilmek için fotoğraftaki yüzün dik olup olmadığını Apple'ın Vision çerçevesiyle kontrol eder. Bu analiz tamamen cihazınızda, bellekte çalışır. Yalnızca bir yüzün konumunu saptar; kimseyi tanımaz, kimlik eşleştirmesi yapmaz, yüz şablonu oluşturmaz ve hiçbir sonuç saklanmaz veya iletilmez.
SATIN ALMALAR
LivePose Pro, App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenen tek seferlik bir satın almadır. Ödemeyi Apple yürütür ve uygulamaya yalnızca satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını bildirir. Adınızı, ödeme kartınızı, fatura adresinizi ya da Apple Hesabı bilgilerinizi görmez, almayız. Bu işlem Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
CİHAZINIZDA SAKLANANLAR
Çıktı formatı, filtre, donma süresi gibi tercihleriniz, uygulama hatırlasın diye cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu bilgi cihazdan çıkmaz, bizim tarafımızdan okunamaz ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde ortadan kalkar.
iCLOUD FOTOĞRAFLARI
Seçtiğiniz Live Photo cihazda değil de iCloud'da duruyorsa, uygulamanın okuyabilmesi için iOS orijinali Apple'ın kendi servisleri üzerinden indirir.
Bu alışveriş cihazınızla Apple arasında gerçekleşir; LivePose tarafı değildir.
ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAFLARLA PAYLAŞIM
Hiçbir bilgiyi paylaşmıyor, satmıyor ya da açıklamıyoruz — çünkü elimizde hiçbir bilgi yok. Paylaş düğmesini kullandığınızda videoyu hangi uygulamanın ya da kişinin alacağını siz seçersiniz. Video LivePose'dan çıktığı andan itibaren seçtiğiniz uygulamanın veya hizmetin gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
ÇOCUKLAR
LivePose 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hiç kimseden bilerek bilgi toplamaz. Uygulama zaten hiçbir veri toplamadığı için bir çocuğa ait bilgi bize ulaşamaz.
HAKLARINIZ
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri mevzuat kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve taşıma haklarınız vardır. Bizim durumumuzda işlem yapılacak bir şey yok: hakkınızda hiçbir veri tutmuyoruz. Uygulamanın ürettiği her şey cihazınızda ve sizin denetiminizde; uygulamayı silmeniz hepsini kaldırır. Bunu yazılı olarak teyit etmemizi isterseniz volkanmutluer@hotmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
BU POLİTİKADAKİ DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Uygulama bu politikayı etkileyecek şekilde değişirse bu sayfayı günceller ve en üstteki tarihi değiştiririz. Veri toplamayı gerektirecek herhangi bir değişiklik, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde duyurulur.
