Yes, only musicians associated with the Live Music Alliance will be allowed to perform in subsidized performances by the Live Music Alliance
The Live Music Alliance is comprised of a consortium of professional musicians of many varied styles, making sure the appropriate style of music matches the vision and aesthetic of each business.

Available subsidies are paid directly to the working musicians, not the business owners.
